Haven't spun this in years, thanks for reminding me of this band. I saw them somewhere probably right around the time this record came out, had never heard of them. They were opening for...hmm, I can't quite remember, but probably the likes of Karate or Sweep the Leg Johnny or some similar. Details are scant as to my memory of the show, but they must have impressed me enough that I picked up their record (albeit used and several years later...)

Holy wow, thanks so much.

The band has some disappeared from the internet, all I ever found was some muddy-bitrate song from their EP.

The singer is in a band called Vs.Antelope today, their self-titled record was one of my favourite releases last year and that's when I thought to be serious with checking out J.Majesty.

Very cool...just got into Jets to Brazil actually after somehow missing them back when they were current. "Perfecting Loneliness" is a pretty amazing record and could easily have been the soundtrack to my college days if I had discovered it back then.
