Supposedly the title for this record references one mista Rose's somewhat portlier than before figure... can't help but wonder if it's the same condition that Al Jourgensen experienced after laying off the skag?

This album is fantastic. Silverfish at their peak (though following E.P. is great too) . I recommend this to everyone.
