Neither of those groups fit with the basic theme of the blog which is loud / obnoxious / noisy. June of 44 are loud, at times, but neither obnoxious or noisy. RFTC Are loud and occasionally obnoxious, but far too mannered to really let loose like 99% of the creme and crap on SGM. Neither are bad, they just don't fit in the general mix. If you can't find their stuff elsewhere, WELCOME TO YOUR FIRST WEEK ON THE THE INTERNET!

ooooh, you so mean. you scare me away with you're unique brand of sarcasm. but if you'd look back into the archives you'd find all kinds of music that doesn't quite fit in with your definition of this blog's format. from King Missile to Pink Floyd (thats right Pink Floyd) there are many examples of bands that are not obnoxious like you. i don't know where you get off speaking for the blog, or trying to define it's parameters for the rest of us, but you are quite the presumptuous little shit aren't you?

Gentlemen, gentlemen, please! I will not have this schism!
You are both valued members of this blog-o-family, and I cannot bear to see you carrying on like this. It's breaking your mother's heart you know. She's getting on in years, and to see her boys fighting...well...it just pains her so.

Also, for the record, you both have permission to speak for, about, and directly to, the blog.

sorry ma, i'll play nice... i was just thinking that records like 'The State of Art is On Fire' or 'Anatomy of Sharks' are overlooked essentials that would make fine additions. perhaps a newer and meaner band like Young Widows would NOT arouse the contempt of my peers...
